Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning in Burleigh Waters. As an integral part of our Centre, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experiences of our children.
About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time position working 38 hours per week from Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
You will work closely with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to create a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in our children.

What We Offer- A competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Current QLD Working with Children Check / Blue Card.
