Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a vital part of our team, you will work alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and creative Educator to become a key member of our team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with the Educational Leader to develop and maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes the well-being and safety of all children

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current QLD Working with Children Check / Blue Card
