Job Title:

Leading Commercial Construction Projects with Operational Excellence

Role Overview:

The Site Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing day-to-day site operations from inception to completion
  • Maintaining effective relationships with subcontractors and ensuring high-quality workmanship
  • Coordinating closely with project managers and client-side stakeholders
  • Ensuring adherence to OH&S compliance, programs, and deadlines
  • Providing proactive problem-solving on site
Essential Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects is essential
  • Desirable: hospitality construction project experience
  • Ideal experience on projects valued up to $15 million
  • A solid understanding of the Sydney construction market and trades is required
  • Ability to lead teams and build strong site relationships
  • Relevant tickets (e.g. First Aid, Working at Heights) are necessary
  • Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality finishes
