Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a permanent full-time role that requires providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products to customers.
About the Role- Provide expert customer advice and promote our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts.
- Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets and support other team members to meet business goals.
- Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping.
This role is based at our Frankston store and involves working 76 hours over a fortnight, including every second weekend.
Key Responsibilities- Build relationships with customers and provide personalized service.
- Upsell and cross-sell our products to increase sales.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer queries.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business goals.
