About the Role

We are looking for a skilled professional with 5+ years of Sales Engineering experience in high-tech environments to lead strategic technical engagement with customers' business and IT decision makers. As a trusted advisor, you will develop a multi-year technology strategy and roadmap to achieve customers' business and IT goals, identify opportunities to support and prove value, and provide necessary technical expertise throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-year technical strategy and roadmap focused on consumption of entitlement and growth of the Citrix technology platform within assigned named account segment.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers, technical stakeholders, and decision makers.
  • Provide technical thought leadership and insights on Citrix products, industry trends, and their relevance to customers.
  • Assist with overcoming technical and competitive objections and accelerate the technical evaluation component of the sales cycle.
  • Drive adoption and consumption of Citrix products and environment stability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 5+ years of Sales Engineering experience in high-tech environments.
  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS or PaaS.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
