About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Governance Coordinator to join our team at Qscan Radiologic Clinics. This key role involves managing medical fellowship programs, coordinating clinical learning initiatives, and upholding high standards of clinical governance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Manage Medical Fellowship Programs: Design, implement, and evaluate medical fellowship programs to ensure they meet the highest standards of clinical governance and compliance.
  • Coordinate Clinical Learning Initiatives: Plan, organize, and deliver clinical learning modules, workshops, and conferences to enhance the skills and knowledge of our medical staff.
  • Ensure Compliance with Clinical and Corporate Governance Standards: Monitor and audit our clinical and corporate governance practices to ensure they meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Support the Clinical Governance and Quality Committee: Serve as the secretariat for the committee, providing administrative support and ensuring that governance activities are carried out effectively.
  • Maintain Open Communication and Manage Relationships with External Vendors: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, ensuring that our clinical governance and compliance needs are met.
About You

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in clinical governance and compliance. You will have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: You will have experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Experience Working with Stakeholders: You will have experience working with stakeholders to develop practical solutions and ensure that their needs are met.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with medical staff, external vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Keen Attention to Detail and Good Business Sense: You will have a keen eye for detail and a good understanding of business practices, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team: You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
