As a Clinical Consultant at Concentric Rehab Centre, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of paediatric occupational therapy.

  • Mentor and Develop a talented team of Occupational Therapists, guiding them towards excellence in their field.
  • Lead by Example with your expertise and passion for occupational therapy, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional care.
  • Collaborate and Innovate with our multidisciplinary team to develop new and innovative service provisions, enhancing the lives of our clients.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve by staying informed about the latest research, best practices, and regulatory changes within the NDIS and Community sectors.
  • Lead Team Meetings and support case conferences to drive professional development and growth within the team.

About Your New Role:

  • Provide clinical consultancy to our multidisciplinary team within the scope of paediatric occupational therapy.
  • Act as an expert resource to guide our OT team and our clients to best support their needs.
  • Provide clinical mentoring and supervision of Occupational Therapists in the clinic and community, further developing their clinical knowledge and skills.
  • Support the occupational therapists to implement best practice, incorporate evidence-based practices reviewing quality and compliance of service provision.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent).
  • 5 years of paediatric experience.
  • Current AHPRA registration.
  • Valid Australian driver's licence and car.
