Home Childcare Educator Position

This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Early Childhood Educator to provide high-quality care and education to a child in their own home. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing environment that fosters the child's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.

Main Responsibilities
  • Education Program Development: Plan and implement engaging educational programs tailored to the child's individual needs and interests.
  • Child Safety and Well-being: Ensure the child's physical and emotional well-being by providing a healthy and safe environment.
  • Family Engagement: Establish and maintain a positive relationship with the child and their family, keeping them informed of the child's daily activities and progress.
  • Household Management: Manage household tasks related to childcare, including laundry, meal preparation, and cleaning.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or higher) completed or near completion.
  • Working With Children Check.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Fully COVID-19 vaccinated.
  • Strong command of standard English in both written and spoken form.
  • Positive work ethics, punctuality, and diligence.
