Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Game Designer to join our team. As a key member of our game development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging game experiences that meet the needs of our players.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop new game mechanics, features, and content to enhance player engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement game designs and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Work closely with artists, engineers, and other designers to create high-quality game assets and deliverables.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in game design, preferably on live service games.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute within established design structures and contribute meaningfully to ongoing live operations.
  • Strong implementation skills, able to prototype and build content with sustainable, production-ready execution.
  • Exceptional clarity in communication, with a strong ability to convey concepts to remote and interdisciplinary teammates.

Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Deep player experience with strategy or card games, especially Legends of Runeterra or other deckbuilding roguelikes.
  • Experience designing for hero collector or strategy mobile games.
  • Experience mentoring or providing design process feedback.
  • Experience with developing games in Unity.
  • Experience with scripting languages, preferably Python.
