Lead Game Experience Designer

About the Role:

You will have the opportunity to create engaging and innovative in-game experiences that surprise and delight players. This full-time position involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to design, implement, and refine game content.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create compelling champion kits with new cards, powers, items, relics, and constellations that excite players.
  2. Develop content to challenge champions like adventures, event mechanics, and quests.
  3. Design production-ready implementations of content through scripting.
  4. Work collaboratively with a tight team to implement content on a live service cadence.

Requirements:

We seek dedicated individuals with a personal relationship with games who can demonstrate expertise in game design and development. While past studies and experience are considered, we also value passion and creativity in potential candidates. Success in this role depends on both technical skills and collaboration within our team.
