Strategic Asset Management Professional

This role encompasses leadership and delivery of data analytics and integration activities supporting Strategic Asset Management within the Division. It ensures asset management planning and processes are consistent, compliant, and embedded across the organization.

The position promotes a strong safety culture, ensuring assets and work practices meet regulatory requirements while fostering a competent and engaged workforce aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and deliver data analytics and integration activities to support Strategic Asset Management.
  • Ensure asset management planning and processes are consistent, compliant, and embedded across the Division.
  • Support strategic objectives in resource planning, financial management, and performance; promote a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide specialist advice on asset management to support financial planning, procurement, and operational performance, optimizing resource use across the asset lifecycle.
  • Ensure strategic asset management is integrated into operational and strategic planning with robust auditing, compliance, and continuous improvement processes.
  • Utilize technical expertise, leadership, and collaboration to support reliable services and informed decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in complex environments with strong knowledge of ISO 55000 principles, asset management planning, and data integration from multiple sources.
  • Proven expertise in developing policies, procedures, and strategies at a senior level, with advanced skills in analyzing asset data to drive improvements and efficiencies.
  • Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to empower teams, manage resources, and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate, consult, and build relationships.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a proven ability to develop innovative solutions and manage priorities effectively.
