The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing our customers with an exceptional shopping experience, while overseeing point of sale operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Processing sales, including refunds and exchanges as the key point of sale operator
  2. Answering customer queries via face-to-face and phone
  3. Cash handling and management
  4. Supporting the management team where required
  5. Leading by example to set management expectations across the team and managing performance
  6. Working with the management team to ensure that budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail or similar industry
  2. A proven track record in driving and exceeding set KPIs and communicating well with all stakeholders
  3. Excellent time management skills to ensure that daily priorities are executed in a timely manner
