The RoleWe are looking for energetic and friendly individuals to join our team as Café Attendants. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering outstanding customer experience and ensuring a positive encounter for all customers.
- Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the café, including replenishing condiments and adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Operating Point of Sale (POS) systems and applying sound cash handling principles.
- Promoting centre services and programs to patrons and developing good working relationships.
- Providing information on product range, including healthy food options.
- Ability to work varied shifts with flexibility during peak periods.
- A positive, helpful, and energetic work style.
- Coffee making/barista skills and Food Handling Certificate.
- Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2), CPR Certificate, and Food Handlers Qualification.
- A Police Check and Working with Children Check required.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations.
