Job Title:

Lead Traffic Operations Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Supervisor to lead and support our on-road traffic teams, driving safe, effective traffic management services.

As a key leader in the traffic management industry, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting traffic controllers across multiple sites, promoting a proactive safety culture, and ensuring operational excellence through leadership, coaching, and mentoring.

The ideal candidate will have experience in traffic control, civil, or similar field-based industries, with strong people leadership and/or training experience, and a proven focus on health, safety, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support traffic controllers across multiple sites
  • Promote a proactive safety culture through leadership, coaching, and mentoring
  • Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
  • Provide guidance on traffic control plans, procedures, and safe work practices
  • Respond to incidents, lead investigations, and manage reporting to minimize risks and optimize outcomes

Requirements:

  • Experience in traffic control, civil, or similar field-based industries (essential)
  • Strong people leadership and/or training experience
  • Proven focus on health, safety, and operational excellence
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
