About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Fresh Convenience Team as a Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales and merchandising efforts of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
  • Support the sales and merchandising efforts of our store, including restocking shelves, rotating stock, and maintaining visual merchandising displays.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements
