About the Role

Fresh Convenience Team Members play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring our stores are well-stocked and visually appealing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a variety of products, including meats, dairy, and other fresh food items.

With a focus on easy and quick service, you will work closely with our customers to provide a consistent and fresh offer. This includes filling products, conducting quality and date checks, and merchandising our shop floor.

We are offering seasonal casual employment to support our stores during our busiest time, typically from October to February. You will be offered work as required by us during this period, and it is not expected that we will continue to offer you shifts after this time.

This opportunity is perfect for those who are passionate about great customer service, have a hunger to make a tangible difference, and are looking for a place to develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience

  • Merchandise our shop floor to ensure a visually appealing store
  • Work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
