Job Summary

The Community Mental Health Clinician, Adult Service provides recovery focused clinical services as part of a multidisciplinary team. This role is ideal for individuals who are referred to the service with mental illness, distress and/or risk issues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Mental health assessments
  • Evidence-based interventions
  • Collaboration with consumers, their families and carers and other stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications and registration with the relevant healthcare authority
  • Experience in contemporary clinical mental health practice
  • Understanding of the relevant mental health legislation
  • Excellent communication skills and technical proficiency
