Work as a gatekeeper in our resort's construction site and play a crucial role in ensuring the safe entry of residents and efficient delivery operations.

You will use a radio to communicate with drivers, inform trades and site managers about incoming deliveries, and maintain accurate records of deliveries and trucks visiting the site.

This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to plan ahead. You should have a good understanding of how a construction site operates and be comfortable communicating with the team at prestart to understand the day's schedule.

The ideal candidate for this job has experience managing the flow of goods and services between multiple construction crews and trades.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safe entry of residents and efficient delivery operations
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, trades, and site managers using a radio
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and trucks visiting the site
