About the Role- Lead the development of user-centred services through collaboration with policy, tech, and delivery teams.

- Document current and future state user journeys to inform design decisions.
- Demonstrated expertise in service and process design, including a strong understanding of customer experience (CX) across digital platforms.
- Proficient in design thinking, research, and the Double Diamond framework, with skills in managing stakeholders and documenting user journeys.
