- Manage budgets, forecasts, arrears, and performance metrics to ensure financial excellence.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and industry standards.

- Support the integration of new communities into the operational portfolio.
- Develop initiatives to strengthen resident satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- Proven experience in multi-site operational management, preferably in land lease, property, hospitality, or facilities management.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets and performance metrics.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A customer-centric mindset and passion for building thriving communities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
