Art Gallery Assistant Job Description

The role of the Art Gallery Assistant is to provide exceptional customer service and support to visitors, while also contributing to the overall success of the gallery through various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing information about exhibitions and public programs to visitors;
  • Assisting with daily operations of the gallery, including front-of-house duties and inventory management;
  • Supporting events and programs through invigilation and other duties as required;
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases related to gallery activities;
