Humanities Education Content Lead

Job Description:

As a Humanities Education Content Lead, you will be responsible for developing high-quality educational content for students and teachers across Australia. You will lead a team of content creators and visual content designers to create engaging, accurate, and pedagogically sound content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of content creators focused on the Humanities.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews to promote growth and development.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.
  • Uphold rigorous standards for content quality, ensuring all Humanities content is engaging, accurate, brand-aligned, and pedagogically sound.
  • Utilise project management tools to plan, track, and manage the team's project workflow and deadlines.
  • Use data to track, forecast, and manage the planning and production of educational materials.
  • Collaborate with the Content Leadership team to improve and implement strategies for process improvement and efficiency.
