About the Role- Assist educators with the delivery of inclusive learning experiences for students in middle and senior secondary phases, focusing on literacy and numeracy skills.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement tailored support plans, ensuring seamless integration into existing programs.
- Support students through one-on-one interactions and small group instruction, fostering academic growth and social development.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs), utilizing collected evidence to inform educational decisions.
- Manage administrative tasks such as resource preparation and organization, ensuring efficient classroom operations.
- Provide holistic educational and wellbeing support to students, including engagement programs, camps, and extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with teachers and youth workers to maintain a safe and productive learning environment.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 3–5 years' experience working with disenfranchised youth in an educational setting, along with a current unrestricted driver's license and willingness to drive a bus.
