Job Title: Creative Performance Lead

At a leading swimwear brand, we're seeking a hands-on creative professional to lead our visual output across Meta ads, website banners, and print inserts.

This is a high-autonomy role with real impact, where you'll have the opportunity to shape the brand's identity and drive revenue through performance-driven creative.

You'll be responsible for ensuring everything we launch is both high-performing and on-brand, from conceptualization to execution. Your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite will enable you to create engaging content across various channels.

We're looking for someone with 4–6+ years of experience in performance-driven creative, proven experience designing and testing Meta ad creative, and a strong understanding of fashion/lifestyle aesthetics.

The ideal candidate will work closely with our Marketing Executive to review and approve final creative before it goes live, while also maintaining our DAM (Brandfolder) for easy reuse and scaling.

This role offers ownership, autonomy, and clear expectations, as well as the opportunity to work on a globally respected brand with a high visual bar.

Responsibilities include:

Requirements:
