Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Hospitality professional to join our VIC team as an Operations Manager. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Aged Care, Retirement or Health Care, with expertise in working within the vulnerable person sector.

The role is based in Melbourne and requires regular visits to our head office. The ideal candidate will be able to lead, motivate and direct teams effectively, with strong budgeting and rostering skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of catering services
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team
  • Develop and implement effective budgeting and cost management strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Trade Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
  • At least 5 years' experience in senior management roles in the hospitality industry
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
