Job Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Store Business Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspiring and motivating their team to deliver an outstanding customer experience in-store. They will also develop a strong understanding of their store team, providing coaching and development opportunities to set them up for success.

This includes providing training and coaching in safety, as well as leading from the front in terms of workplace health and safety. The Store Business Manager will ensure that the operation of their store is managed effectively to deliver outstanding results, maximising sales and profit earnings while maintaining expense levels according to budget.

About You
  • Previous experience in a senior retail management role where you have led a large successful team - roughly 30+ as a minimum
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Flexible availability across our span of hours
  • A strong understanding of a variety of Retail Operations
  • Previous experience working to KPIs and budgets
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated people leadership and safety management
