Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Nurse who can provide expert nursing care and support for patients living with IBD. As the first point of contact for patients, families, and healthcare providers, you will play a vital role in coordinating care, offering clinical advice, and acting as a trusted source of knowledge.

Your expertise will contribute to advancing clinical and research programs, including therapeutic trials, aimed at improving patient outcomes. You will facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between Primary Care Physicians and Hospital Specialists within a multidisciplinary shared care model.

Our ideal candidate is a confident and experienced Registered Nurse with strong leadership skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care. You will have a solid understanding of relevant legislation, quality improvement systems, and contemporary nursing practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current registration with the Nursing Board of Australia and a practicing certificate
  • At least 3 years post-registration experience with proven clinical competence
  • Strong leadership abilities, including mentoring junior staff and effective communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of relevant legislation, quality improvement systems, and contemporary nursing practices
