About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide complex administrative support for our Children, Youth and Family Services (CYF). The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing operational efficiency, meeting financial targets, and complying with funding agreements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and preparing internal qualitative and quantitative reports for distribution to Service Managers;
- Providing complex administrative support and direction to CYF services on behalf of the CYF leadership team;
- Performing general administrative duties, including coordinating events and meetings, disseminating meeting outcomes, maintaining records, drafting communications, reports, and documentation, and contributing to the development and policy procedures;
- Delivering high-quality client service, participating in service delivery evaluations, and meeting key performance indicators related to service agreements and risk management;
- Assisting in maintaining the quality management system, ensuring documentation is current and compliant, and promoting a commitment to continuous improvement.
Requirements
To be suitable for this position, you should have:
- A Diploma qualification in Business or an equivalent level of expertise and experience;
- Minimum four years' experience in administrative duties;
- Intermediate computer skills with the ability to use Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint;
- Proven ability and willingness to support a culture of safety;
- Demonstrated ability to manage challenges of change and innovation.
Benefits
As a not-for-profit entity, our employees can package up to $18,549 p.a. of their taxable income before their income tax is calculated. Additionally, they can access up to $15,900 p.a. on everyday expenses and up to $2,649 p.a. on meal/entertainment benefits.
Location
This role is based in Kenmore, QLD, Australia, and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on delivering high-quality client service.
Estimated Salary Range
The estimated salary range for this position is between $60,000 to $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
