Warehouse Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and diligent Warehouse Operations Assistant to support our warehouse team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for undertaking various activities and tasks within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct warehouse activities with various stakeholders, ensuring project schedules, targets, and plans are followed and meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain inventory through ERP systems and implement efficient stock management practices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and delivering goods on time, adhering strictly to schedules.
  • Operate hand tools (e.g., tools, drills) as required and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Load and unload trucks safely, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Contribute to maintaining an orderly and organized warehouse environment, ensuring smooth operations and high productivity.
  • Develop knowledge of Kanban and participate in its implementation, enhancing efficiency and reducing waste.

Requirements:

  • Forklift License and ability to operate other equipment as required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing changing priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Physical fitness, health, motivation, drive, and self-starting attitude, with a focus on safety and quality.
