About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CE - Senior Functional Consultant to join our team at Datacom. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CE systems, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CE systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing business processes.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, identifying opportunities for process improvement and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics CE developments, best practices, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering successful Microsoft Dynamics CE implementations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM) and Power Platforms, with a strong understanding of Sales, Service, and Marketing principles.
