UX/UI Developer Position

Talenza seeks an experienced UX/UI Developer to collaborate on a 6-month project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with designers, developers, and product teams to deliver wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.
  • Conduct usability testing, design reviews, and feedback sessions to refine user experiences.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems, UI components, and documentation.

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX development or related design roles.
  • Proficiency with front-end frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or basic React.js).
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Strong understanding of user-centric design, accessibility (WCAG standards), and usability.
  • Version control (Git) and Agile/Scrum environments are a plus.
  • Strong eye for detail, creativity, and passion for improving digital experiences.
