About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Educator to lead our team of dedicated professionals at Goodstart Toowoomba Healy Street.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Educators in delivering exceptional educational programs
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to improve teaching practices
  • Commit to safety and inclusivity in all learning experiences

About Our Centre: Our childcare centre has a capacity for 74 children daily and features five purpose-built rooms designed to enhance the children's learning experiences. We offer an approved Kindergarten program led by two on-site Early Childhood Teachers that support the children in a school readiness program.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
