About the Finance Role
We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum 3 years of financial experience and be able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoicing: Ensure all invoices are accurately prepared and submitted as per patient visits and assessments, manage invoice requests from sponsors, maintain accurate records and perform reconciliations of payables and receivables.
- Reimbursements: Manage reimbursement requests from patients and staff, review and process reimbursements, maintain accurate filing systems and records.
- Budget Management: Assist with budget negotiations and contract agreements, ensure all trial finances are up-to-date and maintained.
- Clerical and Administrative Support: Provide constant communication with the operations coordinator, respond to telephone calls, and support the operations coordinator with administrative tasks.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative, clinical knowledge, and data management skills to support the research team.
