Job Opportunity: Design Innovation

Cyplex is a pioneer in driving new product development and retail displays for leading brands. We seek talented professionals to collaborate in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with the sales team to determine design requirements
  • Investigate and suggest cost-effective materials and production processes for long-lasting items
  • Provide accurate feedback to the sales team to inform negotiation and agree on project timelines
  • Collaborate with the sales team to present designs, samples, and final work to customers for review and evaluation
  • Test product designs using models and prototypes to evaluate safety, appearance, and function
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current design trends, materials, and influences
  • Prepare production-ready files for in-house and offshore production teams
  • Work closely with the factory team to resolve any product faults or manufacturing concerns related to the design

Key skills include proficiency in Solidworks and Adobe Creative Suite.
