Role Overview
As the Operations Manager for our advanced automated Customer Fulfillment Center (CFC), you will be responsible for managing the daily functions of a high-capacity facility. Your primary objective will be to ensure the successful achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) across various domains, including safety, productivity, customer satisfaction, team dynamics, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operational performance, ensuring targets are met in safety, throughput, cost management, and profitability.
- Manage the site’s profit and loss (P&L), focusing on continuous improvement strategies to enhance results annually.
- Lead the development of strategic initiatives, target setting, and performance enhancement across the CFC.
- Drive innovation and the implementation of continuous improvement practices.
- Support and develop sustainable business continuity plans.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader with strong relationship-building skills, capable of fostering a culture that prioritizes customer and team collaboration. Essential experience includes:
- Leadership experience in retail, manufacturing, or large-scale supply chain environments.
