Lead Resident Care

  • Develop, deliver, and evaluate resident care plans to meet individual requirements.
  • Take charge of providing clinical services and conduct comprehensive assessments.

  • Contribute to ensuring the care provided aligns with residents' individual goals.
  • Liaise with medical professionals and family members to advocate for quality of life.
  • Supervise and support Personal Care Workers in their roles.

The successful candidate will have strong critical decision-making skills and a holistic approach to practice.
