About the Role
As a Clinical Nurse Consultant, you will have a dual role, comprising both clinical and managerial responsibilities. The CNC will be the team leader of the Acute Care & Response Team (ACRT) and manage a large and dynamic multi-disciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct home and community visits during business hours and out of hours on a rostered basis
* Develop and implement strategies to improve mental health services for children and adolescents in the community
* Collaborate with internal and external teams, services, and stakeholders to achieve shared goals

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Extensive experience as a senior clinical nurse within a mental health setting
* Experience working in a community setting is valuable
* Flexibility and adaptability in leading the development of a new service
* Ability to work collaboratively across internal and external teams, services, and stakeholders
