About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team at integratedliving Australia Ltd. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centered care to individuals aged 65 and above in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver domestic assistance, including cleaning and meal preparation, to clients in their homes.
- Provide intimate personal care and support to clients, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Implement health and wellbeing initiatives that support clients' physical and emotional needs.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients, their families, and carers, providing emotional support and companionship.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement client-centered care plans.
Requirements:
- A valid driver's license and a registered, reliable, and fully insured motor vehicle.
- Confidence in utilizing various forms of technology, such as smartphones or tablets.
- A current First Aid and CPR Certificate or a willingness to obtain one.
- A current National Police Check or a willingness to obtain one.
- Flexibility in terms of availability, including the ability to work within the hours of 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and some weekend shifts.

- A competitive hourly rate of $30.61 (depending on qualifications) plus superannuation.
