Software Engineer - Core Java

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Core Java, experience with C++ or C#, scripting languages such as Python, and knowledge of network protocols.

  • Deliver improvements to the trading platform's operational robustness and profitability
  • Contribute to mission-critical projects encompassing trading, pricing, positions, risk, analytics, and market connectivity
  • Work flexibly to address real-time issues and long-term projects
  • Performance tune, maximize throughput, and minimize latency
  • Ongoing consultation with the trading team to understand how technology can satisfy their needs
Requirements:
  • Core Java focus
  • Development experience in C++ or C#
  • Scripting language experience, preferably Python
  • Experience working in High Frequency Trading firms
  • Experience working in Windows and Linux environments
  • Understanding of network protocols
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A genuine interest in financial markets
  • Strong academic record in computer science
