Work on large insurance-focused Saa S solutions with some of Australia's leading insurers.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to a supportive, collaborative culture.
Stay hands-on with Java technologies in AWS environment.
Work in collaborative teams on enterprise-scale projects.
Sydney-based role with hybrid flexibility (2 days in the office).
Competitive salary $150 K + Super.
What We're Looking For6+ years of Java development (Java 8 or above) experience in the Australian market.
Strong experience in Spring Framework, Hibernate, SQL, and No SQL databases.
Saa S or insurance industry experience essential.
Excellent communication and people skills – you'll be mentoring juniors and collaborating with clients and other external stakeholders.
Someone who is intelligent, proactive, and up-to-date with modern Java practices.
Must be an Australian Citizen or PR.
This is not a consultancy or contractor role – we're looking for a long-term team member to grow with the company.
