We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Land Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the design and delivery of civil infrastructure projects from bid stage through to successful project completion.
About the Role
- Project Leadership: Manage complex civil infrastructure projects, driving them forward from initiation to final handover.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineers and stakeholders, to deliver innovative solutions.
- Strategic Thinking: Contribute to the development of strategies that support business growth in the land infrastructure sector.
- Technical Expertise: Apply expertise in civil engineering to guide technical decision-making and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements
- A degree in Civil Engineering or related field and RPEQ accreditation or working towards it.
- At least 5 years' post-graduate experience in Civil Engineering, preferably in a leadership role.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A willingness to think strategically and drive change within the organization.
