Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Export Supervisor to join our Air Logistics team in Melbourne. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations and managing customer product throughput.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of warehouse staff and management of workflow efficiency
  • Closely monitoring subcontractor performance associated with warehousing functions
  • Serving as a point of contact to support operational dispute resolution
  • Overseeing employee selection, professional development, and motivation, ensuring equitable work distribution
  • Maintaining open communication channels with staff and subcontractors, ensuring careful handling of customer products while adhering to health and safety protocols within the warehouse environment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in a similar position is highly desirable
  • A valid Driver's License and Forklift License are required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong supervisory abilities and team-oriented mindset
  • Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Adaptability to change and continuous process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
