Job Title: Digital Product Development Manager

Our client is seeking a creative and innovative Digital Product Development Manager to plan and deliver digital products. This includes managing a custom booking platform and working closely with stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the delivery team to develop the digital product roadmap and integrations.
  • Manage prioritization, implementation of new features, and work closely with a digital agency.
  • Prioritize the product backlog based on business value and ROI.
  • Surface bugs or errors and manage their resolution.
  • Communicate product planning and release scheduling processes.
  • Identify product development opportunities through ideation, discovery, and insights.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable Product Owner/Manager experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum Project Management Methodology.
  • Tertiary education in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or IT.
  • Experience translating requirements into actionable user stories.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exposure to Quality Assurance testing and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Understanding of APIs and system integrations.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite.
  • SQL & Database knowledge is highly favorable.
  • JIRA / Confluence knowledge is desirable.
