Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned financial expert to join our team as a Senior Financial Counsellor. In this pivotal role, you will play a vital part in delivering top-notch financial services and providing guidance to our staff.

The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in the field and hold relevant qualifications such as the Diploma of Community Services (Financial Counselling).

  • You will be responsible for leading best practice within our multidisciplinary team and directly delivering financial casework to clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us build capacity within our broader team and achieve our goals of improving outcomes for vulnerable individuals.
  • You will be eligible to become an accredited professional supervisor and have a current driver's licence, with a willingness to travel and be accommodated overnight when required.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children, families and individuals, and in building stronger communities. You will work collaboratively with our team to achieve our objectives.
