About the Role

MJD Recruitment is delighted to partner with a prestigious national law firm in the search for a talented Legal Assistant to join their highly respected Banking and Finance Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and prepare legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Assist with financial documentation and ensure accuracy.
  • Manage complex diaries and coordinate travel arrangements to ensure seamless support.
  • Oversee file management, including E-File and email organization, to maintain a high level of efficiency.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, contributing to the smooth running of the Banking and Finance practice.
Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary with over three years of experience, ideally with a background supporting Partners. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to go above and beyond are essential for this role.
