Job Title

A results-driven Project Leader is required to oversee the delivery of high-impact HVAC mechanical services projects in Sydney, valued between $5M and $10M.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and manage HVAC mechanical services projects aligned with client specifications and contractual obligations.

  • Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian building codes, safety regulations (e.g., WHS), and industry standards.
  • Manage risk, resolve issues proactively, and maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders.
  • Oversee quality control, commissioning, and handover processes to achieve client satisfaction.
