Job Overview

The Integration Lead will play a pivotal role in driving the planning, coordination, and execution of integration initiatives across enterprise software applications.

This role requires a strategic and technically skilled individual to lead the development of integration architecture and ensure seamless connectivity between on-premises and cloud-based solutions.

  • Establish and evolve integration practices by assessing current capabilities, identifying gaps, and uplifting maturity across planning, architecture, and realisation phases.
  • Design and maintain a technical environment aligned with the integration strategy, including future-state architecture and governance.
  • Ensure system coherence and interoperability across key applications like ERP, enabling B2B collaboration and real-time data access.
  • Drive automation and standardisation by reducing manual workflows and enforcing integration principles, patterns, and standards.
  • Support strategic decision-making through evaluation of commercial impacts, expert guidance, and alignment with technology roadmaps.
  • Deliver integration solutions and accelerate transformation using tools like Workado, AIS, and WebMethods.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. A Master's degree is highly regarded.
  • Extensive architectural and technical expertise across enterprise, systems, integration, and data architecture.
  • Strong experience in solution design and delivery within Agile environments.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Leadership in integration team management.
