Business Integration Specialist

Job Description

The Business Integration Specialist will play a crucial role in the successful planning and execution of a major transformation program across various insurance portfolios, including Motor, Home, and Niche products.

This specialist will be responsible for supporting the integration of IAG's new policy platform, Guidewire, into our clients' systems, driving efficiency and improved member experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with expertise in requirements scoping, workshops, planning, impact assessment, analysis, and documentation of business processes and requirements prioritization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years' work experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of agile project methodologies and experience in leading requirements scoping, workshops, planning, impact assessment, analysis, and documentation of business processes.
  • Ability to manage difficult stakeholders and conduct stakeholder analysis to identify those impacted by changes to processes, procedures, technology, and ways of working.
  • Proven track record of producing quality detailed business requirements, epics, user stories, prototypes/wireframes that are implemented and tested by technical teams.

This is a 6-month contingent contract with hybrid work arrangements (3 days in office). The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a major transformation program and gain valuable experience in business integration.

The ideal candidate will have exposure to different types of initiatives in a range of industries and experience using Jira and Confluence. Knowledge of tools such as Atlassian, Office 365, and process modelling tools like Visio or draw.io would be viewed favourably.
