The Role

We are seeking a full-time Chef de Partie with WOK experience to join our culinary team. Your responsibilities will include leading and inspiring a team of kitchen professionals, assisting Senior Chefs in daily food prep and service, maintaining high standards, contributing to achieving daily financial targets, and following health and safety protocols related to food and workplace safety.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, follow instructions, and adapt to demands is crucial.

  • Experience in upscale dining or hospitality is highly desirable.
