We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in the space industry.

This is an exciting opportunity to support hiring across the business, providing expertise to the Head of Talent and Development.

You will be responsible for capturing job details using internal processes, ensuring seamless execution of recruitment activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding with an interest in technology and innovation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting hiring activities across the organization.
  • Providing succinct documentation and interview notes.
  • Capturing job details using internal processes.
  • Responsible for updating CRM and Recruitment software.
  • Understanding and analysing the market and emerging trends.
  • Conducting relevant pre-employment checks.

In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Talent and Development to drive successful recruitment outcomes.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in an internal capacity.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Process-driven and organized.
